Ever since I made my first batch of chocolate chip cookies, I knew I had something special. The way people's faces light up when they take a bite—it's like magic! So, I started my own little business: "Galactic Bakes."

Every weekend, I wake up early, tie my apron tight, and get to work mixing, baking, and decorating. I make all sorts of goodies—gooey cookies, rainbow cupcakes, and berry flapjacks that melts in your mouth. My kitchen smells amazing, like sugar and vanilla and happiness.

I sell my treats at the park and sometimes outside my school. My goal? To make a little cash and, most importantly, to make people smile. Watching someone take a bite and go, "Whoa, this is so good!" makes all the hard work worth it

The best part of running "Galactic Bakes" isn't just the baking—it's the people. I love chatting with customers, getting to know their favourite flavours, and making sure they leave with something that makes their day better.

Whenever someone comes up to myself, I greet them with a big smile and maybe even a joke (because who doesn't love a good laugh with their cookies?). I ask them about their day, and if they're unsure what to pick, I help them choose the perfect treat.

I make sure everyone feels welcome—whether it's a pupil eyeing the sprinkles on my cupcakes, a teacher (everyone is welcome), or a Parent grabbing a snack on the go. I remember names, I remember favourite treats, and I always make sure no one leaves without feeling a little bit happier.

Because for me, baking is more than just mixing ingredients—it's about sharing happiness, one sweet bite at a time!
